Availability

Our price list indicates the colors regularly stocked in our warehouse. Please call our 800 number to check stock or send a fax to 859-525-1200. Our hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday EST. Colors and/or sizes temporarily out of stock can be back-ordered for delivery on our next available sea container. Air freight is also available at an additional cost.

Orders

All orders must be in writing on a purchase order. We do not accept telephone orders. Upon receiving their order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment and reporting any differences or damages. The customer is responsible for filing freight claims and should follow the instructions noted on the form "YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN RECEIVING FREIGHT" that is included with the Rover North America packing list. All claims must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

Rover North America will hold tile for 48 hours without charge. Orders that need to be held longer than 48 hours require a 25% deposit.

Regularly stocked colors are sold in full carton quantities. See the Price List for packing.

Special Orders

Orders for materials not stocked in our warehouse are Special Order and shipped from the Rover factory on our next available sea container. If the order quantity approximates a full container, about 6,000 - 7,000SqFt., the container may ship direct to the job location or the customer's address. Delivery is usually 8 to 10 weeks. Orders shipping from the Rover factory are subject to the schedule and availability of transportation equipment. Rover will not be liable for delays beyond our control. All Special Orders require a 50% deposit with the purchase order. Production will not begin on Special Orders until the deposit is received. All non-stocked items, Special Orders, have a minimum quantity of one crate. Quantity per crate varies with tile size. Please refer to our Price List for PACKING and tile sizes.
